If your order arrives and is incorrect, please send an email to email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number, what item is incorrect, and what you should have received. We will do our best to fix the issue.
If you are missing an item, please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email stating an item was flawed or out of stock. If you have not received this notice along with a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number and what item is missing.
If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please send an email to email@example.com right away. You must include a photo of the flaw or break, and your order number. If you do not contact us within 5 days after receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from wear.
Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return. We strongly recommend that you place a new order for the item you are wanting in order to make sure you get it. We do not exchange sizes. We will issue you store credit. An email will be sent with a code to use on our website when we receive the exchange items.
We do not do returns. We can offer store credit. This is only acceptable within the first 14 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. As soon as we receive the item, you will be issued store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition. ALL JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE HANDLED ON EVERY WEDNESDAY. SO PLEASE GIVE US UNTIL THEN TO HANDLE YOUR ISSUE.
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to an $8.95 shipping fee in addition to a $10.00 handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.
SHOE RETURNS - shoes may not be returned in their actual shoe box. You must send back the way we shipped in either a poly mailer or box. We cannot resell shoes with a damaged shoe box.
If you wish to cancel an order, as long as it has not shipped, you have 8 hours to email us to cancel. There is a 20% restocking fee to cancel. If the items has shipped, you will need to return the item and you will be issued store credit.
LOCAL PICKUP orders are ready the minute you place your order online. During store hours of course. You may pick your item up the same day! So easy! Don't forget to use the code "local" do not put in notes please. We will not refund shipping.
Damaged Jewelry - We will replace the damaged item or issue store credit only within 60 days of purchase. After that we will assume the damage is from wear.
