Return Policy, Shipping & Local Pickup


Returns 

  • Returns on clothing & shoes will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. 
  • Merchandise much be returned within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
  • All SALE items, undergarments & accessories are FINAL SALE. This includes any discounts 25% or greater. 
  • Store credit will be issued to the email you provided at checkout. You cannot combine store credit with any other discount code. 
  • Once the item is returned, please allow 3-5 business days to process. 
  • If you happened to use a discount code at the time of checkout or a free shipping code, we do not credit that. This means your credit amount will be the amount of the discount you used. If it was free shipping, your credit will be less than the shipping amount we paid to get your original order to you. 
  • All items must be returned in NEW condition will all tags attached. Items must me unworn, unwashed, odor free, no makeup or stains and deodorant free. They must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in.
  • When returning shoes, do not return with labels and tape attached to shoe box. They must be returned in a box and undamaged.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email sales@desperadodepot.com 

    You must include a photo of the flaw or break, and your order number. If you do not contact us within 3 days after receiving the item, we can only assume the damage is from wear.

     

     

  • If you used SEZZLE to pay for your order & returned your items, you will still be responsible or make SEZZLE payments. SEZZLE is a 3rd party service that we offer. We are not authorized to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments.

  • If you do not have the original slip from your order to ship back with your return, please include a note with you name, address, phone number and order number.

SHIPPING

  • Our store hours are posted on the main page of our website. We ship everyday we are open. We do not ship on holidays. Please keep that in mind. 
  • All orders are shipped the day you place the order. As long as it's during business hours. 
  • If you need items sooner, please email us and we will try our best to make arrangements to rush an order.
  • Desperado Depot will not assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customers responsibility.
  • We ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel as if your package was lost or stolen please submit a claim to USPS. If you have purchased Route Insurance at the time of checkout, please submit a claim to Route.com
  • All orders shipped will have a tracking number that will be emailed to the email address provided by the customer. 
  • If your tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package, Desperado Depot is not responsible. The issue must be resolved with USPS or your local law enforcement. 
  • We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. We take great pride in shipping orders as fast as we can. You are welcome to return the item to us in the accordance with our return policy. 

LOCAL PICKUP

  • If you have placed a local pickup order, we will send an email once the item is fulfilled and ready for pickup. During business hours your order will be ready as soon as you place your order. You are welcome to call the store and ask if your order is ready for pickup.

DAMAGED JEWLERY

  • We will replace the damaged item or issue store credit only, within 60 days of purchase. After that we will assume the damage is from wear.
